Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Buck Ridge Soap Company processes most orders within 1-2 business days. All of our handmade soaps, beard oils, beard balms, beard washes, lotions, shampoos, facial toners, candles and more are shipped out of our Springfield, AR workshop. Orders are not shipped or delivered on days the USPS is closed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Any order over 1 pound may go USPS Retail Ground or USPS Regional Priority or USPS Priority Mail depending on which is the most cost effective for your service area. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Buck Ridge Soap Company ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS First Class and Priority Mail depending on order weight.

We can ship international however the charges by weight may be quite high even for small products.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Buck Ridge Soap Company charges taxes on retail orders in the state of Arkansas. All other states we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Buck Ridge Soap Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, contact us with a photo of the damaged product if you want us to replace it.

Were you a victim of mail theft or 'porch pirates'? 

Generally, in our case if your package was stolen from your porch it is not Buck Ridge Soap Company's responsibility, because we in good faith did our part of the purchasing agreement. That said, some orders may be eligible for a heavy discount on a replacement order - so do contact us and we'll do what we can within reason to help.

Buck Ridge Soap Company ships exclusively for consumers via USPS which offers slightly more protection than other services for one reason. If an item was stolen not from your porch but your mail box, it is in fact a Federal crime. If your order was stolen from your USPS mail box, you need to report suspected mail theft to Postal Inspectors by calling 877-876-2455 or at www.uspis.gov. It may not get you a refund but they do actually take the crime seriously especially if it is a recurring thing in your neighborhood. 

International Shipping Policy

We do ship internationally however the price is very high. Refer to our dropdown list in the shopping cart for available countries, however be advised again that the rates will be much higher than those offered to US customers.
